For many years our facility has used the TriWin and TriOnline products to complete our rostering, payroll and billing in-house.

However, when I needed to take 6 weeks leave, we were able to hand over our payroll and billing to Talgara Management to seamlessly cover my role for the period I was away.

We simply had our staff forward the details (they would normally send to me) to Talgara Management and they then processed both the payrolls and billing. This was a reliable, cost-effective way to ensure staff and residents in our facility were not inconvenienced by my absence.
